APPAREL FAQ
1. What makes Throttle Sisterhood apparel unique?
Every piece is made-to-order, printed specifically for your purchase. No mass production — just intentional, quality gear.
2. What sizing do you use?
All apparel is men’s/unisex sizing. Please review the size chart carefully before ordering.
3. Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because items are custom-printed for each customer, we do not accept returns, refunds, or size exchanges unless the product arrives damaged.
4. What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Contact us within 7 days with photos. We’ll replace the item free of charge.
5. How long does shipping take?
Most orders ship within 7–15 business days, depending on production volume and location.

1. Why does Throttle Sisterhood focus on mental health?
Our founder’s journey showed that adventure, connection, and riding can be life-changing mental health tools — and we’re here to share that with others.
2. Who is Throttle Sisterhood for?
Weekend warriors, adventure seekers, moms, new riders, seasoned riders — anyone who uses riding as their outlet, not just racers.
3. What does the nonprofit support?
We help riders access community events, mentorship, and opportunities they may not afford otherwise, especially in Northern BC.
4. How can I get involved?
You can join local meetups, apply for supported rider opportunities, shop the apparel, or simply follow and share our mission.
5. Do I have to be a woman to be part of the community?
No — all are welcome. The Sisterhood is about connection, healing, and adventure. Anyone who rides with heart belongs here.
Custom Graphics
All custom graphic clothing orders must be maid via email. Throttlesisterhood@gmail.com
Graphic approval before printing process begins to ensure our riders are satisfied with the design.
